Zhejiang Shangyou Tool Co., LTD was founded in April, 2009. It is an enterprise for the professional production of high speed steel/carbide gear cutter hobs, gear shaper cutters and gear shavers.
Independent research and development replaces imported tools
SHANGYOU pays attention to innovation and it is committed to the design and development of high-precision
gear cutters. It has put more efforts in the research and development of science and technology and the investment
of hardware equipment so that its products can finally replace those imported ones. It has obtained more than 30
patents at home and abroad and it belongs to a provincial-level patent demonstration enterprise.
Quality Comes First
SHANGYOU emphasizes quality. It selects internationally high-standard raw materials and is equipped with
advanced production equipment from Germany and Switzerland as well as globally authoritative testing
equipment, such as KLINGENBERG and ZOLLER.
Re-grinding & Service
SHANGYOU adhere to the principle of providing better customer services. It has set up several branch
companies for tool services in China and has provided customers with technology, field application, re-grinding
and coating services in combination with Oerlikon Balzers.

SHANGYOU has passed GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, the
measurement management system certification, enterprise standardized management system certification and
clean production audit certification. It has won the titles of "National High-Tech Enterprise"
of Zhejiang and "AA" Level Unit for Abiding by Contract and Valuing Credit in Zhejiang Province.
